DONNA GRADY -CO-OWNER / PRESIDENT
As Co-Owner and President, Donna holds the profession designations of CSEO (Certified Senior Officer), CBSS (Certified Bulk Sale Specialist) and CEI (Certified Escrow Instructor). Donna celebrates 55 years in the Escrow Industry, starting her career as an Escrow Secretary with a major bank. She soon advanced from secretary to Escrow Officer/AVP Manager. After 19 years with the Bank, the banking industry closed out their Escrow Division. Donna and her partner, opened Capitol City Escrow in 1990. Pursuing her goal as being the Number One Independent Escrow Company, Donna sets her company apart, by extensive training with her staff to be the Best of the Best. She believes in a family oriented business, yet professional environment. Donna specializes in unusual escrows (holding funds and/or documents of all kinds of transactions requiring a neutral 3rd party). DALLAS ABBOTT - CO OWNER - CFO - VICE PRESIDENT
In 1990, Dallas would catch the bus from High School and come into the office as a Junior Assistant assisting wherever necessary. Now, 36 years later, Dallas is CO OWNER, CFO and Vice President of Capitol City Escrow. Through Years of extensive training and dedication he is now an expert in handling complex Holding Disbursement Escrows for clients both here and abroad. Focusing on more complex types, Dallas with his extensive expertise, continues to train staff in Bulk sale escrows, Stock Sales, LLC Memberships, Liquor License only Sales and Holding Escrows. He also oversees the accounting department. Dallas is the overall go to for whatever you want to know.
CHIP MOORE - ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Accounting and business management professional with leadership experience overseeing operations and teams of more than 20 employees prior to coming to Capitol City Escrow. He was a General Manager responsible for full business performance, financial oversight, and operational strategy. Currently he is serving in an accounting and client relations role, managing financial reporting, analysis, and client engagement to support organizational growth and performance.
ANA AGUILERA - ASSISTANT MANAGER/ESCROW OFFICER
Ana Has over 23 years of experience in the escrow industry, all of which she has dedicated to Capitol City Escrow. She Began her career as an administrative assistant and, through years of hard work and growth, advanced to Escrow officer before becoming Assistant Manager in 2014. Ana has developed extensive expertise in handling complex transactions, including Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license transfer and business sale procedures. She is highly proficient in bulk sale business transfer, stock sales, LLC membership transfers, and liquor license transactions. Known for her strong client- focused approach, Ana prioritizes exceptional customer service in every transaction. She also plays a key role in mentoring and training staff, contributing to the continued success and professionalism of her team. Motto - “Opportunities don't happen. You create them.”
LISA PENNER - ESCROW OFFICER
With over 13 years of dedicated experience in the escrow industry, Lisa has built a strong reputation for precision, professionalism, and client focused service. Beginning her career as an administrative assistant, she developed a solid foundation in escrow operations, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the transaction process from ground up. Through her hard work and commitment Lisa advanced into the role of Escrow Officer where she specializes in Bulk Sale Business Transfers, Stock Sale and LLC Membership Interest sales as well as Specialized Holding Escrows and Liquor License Transfers. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, including her 12 grandkids on her days off.

Stepfanie joined Capitol City Escrow in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant, and through determination, strong customer relationships, and a results-driven mindset, advanced to her role as an Escrow Officer. Stepfanie is a seasoned business management leader with over a decade of franchise experience and IT experience and specializes in Bulk Sale Business Transfers, Holding Escrow, Stock Sale, LLC Membership Sales. Believing that great achievements are built through teamwork, Stepfanie is dedicated to orchestrating seamless and timely closings across a wide range of transactions. ELAINA MARIE - ESCROW OFFICER
Elaina joined Capitol City Escrow in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant and through hard work and dedication is now an Escrow Officer specializing in Bulk Sale Business Transfers. Stock Sale, and LLC Membership Sales. She is also Proficient in Holding Escrows and is our back up to our Accounting Department.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS

Our Administrative Assistants are the backbone to our office. They help with every aspect of an escrow from opening the file to recording and filing the necessary documents. Through their efforts, they ensure that both the Escrow Officer and clients are up to date on all the necessary logistics to achieve the ultimate goal, close the escrow. Without their knowledge, dedication and perseverance an escrow would not close in a timely manner. Every Escrow Officer on our staff has worked as an Administrative Assistant here at Capitol City Escrow and understands every step that is needed.

Samantha has been with Capitol City Escrow since 2021. She is currently an Administrative Assistant who is working hard to achieve her goal as an Escrow Officer. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
